2. Livestream and Video Recording
Cast allows teams to livestream games and events and to record video content. When a livestream or recording is initiated, all participants and attendees at the event should be aware that video and audio are being captured. It is the responsibility of the team or organization initiating the livestream or recording to obtain any necessary consents from individuals who may appear in the video content. Cast stores livestream recordings and uploaded videos on secure cloud infrastructure and retains them according to our data retention policies.
3. Content Involving Minors
Cast is designed for use by sports teams that may include minor athletes. We take the protection of minors' information seriously. Team administrators and coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate parental or guardian consent before adding minor athletes to a roster or capturing them in livestream or recorded video content. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
4. Advertising
We may display advertisements within the Platform to support our services. On our mobile application, we use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use certain data, including device identifiers and usage information, to deliver personalized advertisements. On our website, we may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. These ad providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity to provide targeted advertising.
